Compare 1-day, 2-day and 5-day Guizhou private tours from Guiyang: Huangguoshu, Zhijin Cave, Libo, Xijiang and Dong villages. Choose scenery or culture and check the service scope.

Choose your Guizhou private tour

Choose a day trip if you are keeping a Guiyang hotel, two days for Libo and Zhaoxing, or five days for a broader nature or village journey. The two five-day routes have different priorities: Huangguoshu and Libo for scenery, or Miao and Dong villages with batik for culture. Compare the overnight changes and service scope below.

JourneyDays and nightsChoose it forBase service
Huangguoshu waterfall day1 day; no hotel nightOne main waterfall outingSelected admission package; optional rides itemized separately
Qingyan, Tianhetan and Yelang Valley1 day; no hotel nightOld-town lanes, karst scenery and sculpture; choose fewer stops for a slower dayVehicle and driver; admissions and activities separate
Zhijin Cave and Grand Canyon1 day; no hotel nightUnderground formations plus outdoor karstVehicle and driver; admissions and visitor transport separate
Libo Xiaoqikong and Zhaoxing2 days / 1 nightA short nature-and-village journey with a Liping or Zhaoxing-area hotelChinese-speaking driver; admissions and meals separate
Huangguoshu, Libo and Xijiang5 days / 4 nightsNature first: waterfall, forest pools and a Xijiang night; three touring daysChinese-speaking driver; listed adult admissions, scenic shuttles and four breakfasts
Miao and Dong villages with batik5 days / 4 nightsCulture first: village architecture and batik; four overnight basesChinese-speaking driver; listed adult visits, batik and four breakfasts

All six routes use private road transport. A sightseeing guide and English interpretation are separate requests rather than an included service. For children, ask for an individual breakdown of beds, breakfast and admission entitlement.

Which five-day route should you choose?

The Huangguoshu, Libo and Xijiang route combines three touring days with arrival and departure days. It returns to Guiyang for the final night. Choose the Miao and Dong village route for batik, village buildings and more cultural stops. It has a different overnight base each night and returns from Zhaoxing to Guiyang on the final day, so an early departure does not fit that schedule.

If frequent packing or long road days do not suit your party, request fewer stops and extra nights. Scenic shuttles reduce some distances but do not remove all walking, steps or wet surfaces.

Check pickup, hotel and ticket details

The one-day outings use an agreed Guiyang pickup and return; send the exact hotel address. The two-day Libo and Zhaoxing base uses pickup within Guiyang’s second ring and a designated Yunyan city drop-off. An airport, station or different drop-off must be arranged separately for that two-day trip.

One night on the two-day route means the selected Liping or Zhaoxing-area hotel, not automatically a village-centre room. The five-day routes have four nights, with hotel and room details supplied for your dates. Share nationality and travel-document type for hotel registration and admission arrangements; passport copies are not needed for an initial enquiry.

Admission, scenic buses, boats, lifts and other activities are separate items. Some routes include listed adult visits; others provide the vehicle and driver while attraction services are paid separately. Check the individual itinerary before choosing. Share halal dining, allergies and prayer needs explicitly; an ordinary breakfast does not establish halal provision.

Questions to settle before you book

  • Are the travel dates fixed or flexible, and is the tour confirmed to operate?
  • Which hotels, meals, tickets, guides and transfers are included in the written price?
  • How much walking, stair climbing, altitude or long-distance driving is involved?
  • What changes are possible if you have dietary, mobility or room requirements?
