Overview
Spend one night inside Zhaoxing Dong Village after a daytime visit to Basha Miao Village. This two-day private journey starts and finishes in Guiyang, with the first day combining a long road transfer and two village settings; the second morning is reserved for Zhaoxing before the Guiyang return.
The base includes a private vehicle with a Chinese-speaking driver, one selected village accommodation night, one adult breakfast, listed adult main admission and the specified round-trip scenic transport at both villages. A sightseeing guide, English interpretation and hosted cultural activities are separate requests.

Choose it for village time, not a province-wide circuit
This is a concentrated southeastern Guizhou journey. It does not include the Huangguoshu waterfall, Libo pools or a Xijiang overnight. Choose it when Basha and a Dong village stay matter more than seeing several different landforms in two days.
The two-day Libo and Zhaoxing route offers a water-and-forest visit instead of Basha. For a longer circuit with Libo, Basha, Zhaoxing and Xijiang, compare the seven-day nature and village programme. Those choices change the road stages and the accommodation sequence.
Day one: Basha before the Zhaoxing night
Leave from the agreed Guiyang pickup early enough to reach Basha without treating a late arrival flight as a full sightseeing morning. The first road stage takes a substantial part of the day. The programme then visits Basha’s public areas before continuing to Zhaoxing for check-in.
Basha is a lived-in Miao community. The visit does not promise entry to a private home, a firearm demonstration, a particular ceremony or an English-speaking host. Ask before taking close portraits and follow local directions about where visitors may walk. Scenic transport covers the specified road transfer, with walking still needed within the visitor areas.
Reach Zhaoxing later in the day and settle into the selected accommodation. The night gives time to experience the public village setting outside a short daytime stop, but no private performance, hosted dinner or particular festival is included. Your preferred room and its location need to be agreed before booking.
Day two: use the morning before the return
After the included adult breakfast, use the scheduled Zhaoxing morning for open public lanes, timber architecture and drum-tower settings. Keep the agreed departure from the village in mind; this is not a free day followed by an open-ended return to Guiyang.
The included scenic-transport legs do not place the main road vehicle at every guesthouse door. Ask about the walk from the drop-off, steps, luggage assistance and secure storage for large cases. A small overnight bag is useful when you do not want to carry a full suitcase through village lanes.
The route returns to Guiyang by road after the village visit. Do not buy a flight or train based only on a nominal evening arrival in a sample itinerary. Send the actual departure service so the pickup, walking time, road conditions and required terminal margin can be considered together. An extra Guiyang night can be requested separately.

Rooms, children and walking needs
The programme’s adult band starts at twelve, with a child band from two to under twelve. The usual child base shares an adult bed and excludes meals and admission; one adult travelling with one child needs a separate room-occupancy arrangement. This programme does not accept children under two, and guests under eighteen need an adult companion.
The listed room arrangement does not provide triple rooms or extra beds. Three adults should request a workable room plan rather than assume the third person has a bed and breakfast in a twin room. Send step, balance, wheelchair or pushchair needs before accommodation is chosen.
Wet lanes, steps and the distance from scenic-transport stops affect how much walking is comfortable. A vehicle transfer alone does not make the whole village step-free. If rain or a closure changes the available visit, agree the alternative and any change in cost before replacing a stop.
Arrange your party and departure

Daily Itinerary
Meet at the agreed Guiyang pickup, travel to Basha and visit its open public village areas with the specified scenic transport. Continue to Zhaoxing and stay inside the village. Adult main visits are included; meals, English guiding and private cultural activities are separate. Pack around the final walk to the selected accommodation.
Have the included adult breakfast, use the scheduled village morning and leave at the agreed time for Guiyang. The specified round-trip village transport is included; other meals and child admission are separate. Fix the actual onward flight or train only after the return arrangement has been discussed.
