Overview
Add Zhijin Cave and Zhijin Grand Canyon to Guizhou’s Huangguoshu, Libo and Xijiang circuit in five days. This is a compact moving route with four touring days after the arrival day. The four nights are in Guiyang, Anshun, Libo and Xijiang; there is no final Guiyang hotel night.
The base includes four dedicated touring vehicle days with a Chinese-speaking driver, selected arrival and departure transfers, four accommodation nights, four adult breakfasts and the listed child breakfasts. Listed adult admission and specified local transport are included, with an introductory Xijiang batik activity. Other meals and English guiding are separate.

Five days and four moving bases
| Day | Programme | Night |
|---|---|---|

| 2 | Zhijin Cave and Zhijin Grand Canyon; continue to Anshun | Anshun |
| 3 | Huangguoshu; onward road journey to Libo | Libo |
| 4 | Xiaoqikong; continue to Xijiang | Xijiang |
| 5 | Xijiang time and introductory batik; return to Guiyang for the agreed drop-off | Not included |
How this differs from the classic five-day route
The classic five-day Guizhou programme focuses on Huangguoshu, Libo and Xijiang with a different distribution of arrival, touring and departure time. This version adds an actual cave-and-canyon day, uses four touring days and returns from Xijiang on the last day.
Choose it for the added underground and canyon scenery when you are comfortable with repeated hotel changes and busy touring days. It is not the slower option merely because both programmes say five days. For more time before departure, request another Guiyang night or consider a longer circuit.
Zhijin Cave and Grand Canyon
After the first Guiyang night, visit Zhijin Cave and then Zhijin Grand Canyon before travelling to Anshun. The listed adult admission includes the cave and canyon, with specified cave shuttle transport and the canyon sightseeing elevator. These are two visitor settings within one touring day.

The cave and canyon still require walking and steps. Send wheelchair, pushchair, knee and balance needs before choosing the programme; an included elevator does not make the whole day step-free. A different walking route or omitted section needs to be agreed before the trip is fixed.
Huangguoshu before the Libo road stage
Visit the operating Huangguoshu areas on day three, then continue to Libo. Adult main admission and specified scenic buses are included. Tianxingqiao and Doupotang are part of the planned area sequence, but a full extended walk must fit the substantial onward drive.

Water Curtain Cave entry depends on separate current reservation and safety arrangements. Extra escalators or unlisted activities are separate. Do not interpret an early sample transfer time as permission to rush the walking sections or a guaranteed hotel arrival.
Xiaoqikong and the Xijiang night
Use day four for Xiaoqikong’s open pools, forest and waterfall paths before continuing to Xijiang. Listed adult Libo admission and the specified scenic transport are included. Daqikong is a limited exterior stop in this programme, not a promised full interior walk or boat excursion. Extra boats and other paid activities are separate.

Stay inside Xijiang after the road transfer. The main road vehicle cannot reach every village guesthouse. Ask about steps, the scenic-transport drop-off and luggage assistance; pack a small overnight bag and agree secure storage for larger cases. The selected room, sound insulation and exact position matter more than assuming every hillside room has the same view.
Final village morning and batik
Day five has Xijiang village time and an introductory batik session before the Guiyang road return. The listed craft activity uses a small cloth that can be taken away. It does not promise English instruction, a private home visit or a specialist course; request communication support in advance if needed.
The adult Xijiang ticket arrangement includes the specified four scenic-transport legs. That is different from unlimited road use or a vehicle at the accommodation door. Other workshops, costume hire and private performances are separate.
Included services and individual costs
| Item | Included base | Separate or conditional |
|---|---|---|
| Road services | Four dedicated touring days with Chinese-speaking driver; selected arrival and departure transfers | English guide, independent outings and extra detours |
| Rooms and food | Four selected nights and four adult breakfasts; listed child breakfasts | Other meals, drinks, exact child room entitlement and occupancy supplements |
| Adult visits | Listed cave/canyon, Huangguoshu, Libo and Xijiang admission; specified buses, canyon elevator and four Xijiang ride legs; introductory batik | Child admission, extra escalators, boats and unlisted activities |
Who should choose this programme?
The programme does not accept pregnant guests or children under two. These are the particular programme’s restrictions, not general claims about travel in Guizhou. The adult band starts at twelve; the child band is two to under twelve, normally sharing an adult bed. One adult and one child need a different occupancy arrangement, and guests under eighteen need an adult companion.
The listed child breakfast base is four breakfasts, while child admission is separate and property room terms still apply. Send ages, heights and room preferences before the proposal is prepared. Inform us about luggage and walking limits before hotels and vehicle size are chosen.
The final Xijiang day finishes with a substantial drive to Guiyang. Avoid an early flight or train and send the actual service for a workable plan. If the preferred departure leaves too little village time, request another night rather than relying on a sample timetable. Rain, park closures or unavailable activities require an agreed alternative and any cost adjustment.
Request the route for your dates
Send dates, party size, children’s ages, twin or double room preferences, luggage count, arrival and departure details, walking limits and language requirements through Plan My Trip. Include halal dining, allergies and prayer breaks. An ordinary hotel breakfast is not represented as halal-certified; English guiding needs its own arrangement.
Bring the original document used for hotel and attraction bookings. Nationality and document type help arrange registration; a passport image is not required for the initial enquiry. Your proposal will identify the rooms, vehicle, meeting point, ticket scope and supplements. Price on request.
Explore Guiyang as the gateway, compare the Guizhou private tour collection and browse city and scenic journeys or cultural routes.
Plan the practical details
Use Guizhou itinerary and regional choices, Huangguoshu walking and cave reservations, Xiaoqikong entrances and Libo stays, Xijiang overnight, rooms and luggage to match the route with your walking, hotel and transfer needs.
Daily Itinerary
Use the selected arrival transfer to the Guiyang hotel. The rest of the day is independent time; meals, optional city visits and free-time transport are separate. Send the actual arrival service before the meeting point is fixed.
After breakfast, visit Zhijin Cave and Zhijin Grand Canyon with listed adult admission, specified cave shuttle and canyon sightseeing elevator. Walks and steps remain part of the day. Continue to Anshun; other meals are separate.
Have breakfast, visit the operating Huangguoshu areas with specified buses and continue to Libo. Agree walking sections around the onward road stage. Other meals, extra escalators and unlisted activities are separate; Water Curtain Cave access is not guaranteed.
After breakfast, visit selected open Xiaoqikong paths, with a limited Daqikong exterior stop rather than a full interior or boat programme. Continue to the selected Xijiang accommodation. Listed adult admission and specified scenic transport are included; other meals and boats are separate.
Have breakfast, use the scheduled village time and introductory small-cloth batik session, then return by road to the agreed Guiyang drop-off. There is no final Guiyang hotel night. Other meals and English guiding are separate; the onward connection must fit the actual road return.
