5-Day Fengqing Tea and Lushi Heritage Tour
Overview
5-Day Fengqing Tea and Lushi Heritage Tour: A tea-and-heritage stay that gives Lushi its own overnight and separates the winding road from the main Fengqing tea day.
For travelers interested in lived-in old streets and tea history. Rural lodging and road comfort should be chosen before confirming the route.
Travel illustrations show the style of the journey, rather than actual customers or a guaranteed venue.

Make the experience fit your visit
Lincang is both a city and a large region. Fengqing, Bangdong/Xigui and Mengku need different road plans; do not treat them as neighboring city stops.
| Decide before booking | What to specify |
|---|---|
| Experience depth | A cafe opening does not grant access to a tea garden, processing room or private home. Producer appointments and English interpretation are arranged separately in the written proposal. |
| Walking and comfort | Tell us about stairs, uneven paths, motion sickness, child seats and luggage. Ask the host about toilets and the nearest vehicle access. |
| Food and caffeine | State allergies, vegetarian or halal requirements and caffeine limits. A local restaurant or tea host does not automatically meet a requested dietary standard. |
| If conditions change | A hosted tasting or town heritage walk replaces a wet hillside activity. The host decides whether a production or harvest visit can take place. |
What the enquiry covers
This is a customizable private itinerary proposal. Named regions and suggested visits describe the route; the written quotation identifies the available hosts, accommodation and services for your dates. A driver, an English-speaking guide and a specialist producer are different roles. Ask which are included on each day. There is no fixed departure or guaranteed group size on this page.
Request a price breakdown for vehicle and driver, guiding or interpretation, rooms, meals, admission, tastings and workshops. Optional purchases are your choice. Travel insurance, flights, trains and transfers outside the agreed route must be addressed separately; no insurance cover is implied by an itinerary description.

Daily Itinerary
Meet at the agreed Fengqing hotel and use the afternoon for town orientation and a tea-room introduction. Transport from Lincang or Yunxian can be quoted as an additional gateway service. Keep museum or factory-site visits conditional on current access rather than filling arrival day with fixed appointments.
Overnight: Fengqing.

Plan a tea-focused day around an available Anshi-area host or cultural venue. Compare finished black teas and ask which stages can be demonstrated with the material available. An open exhibition, a heritage factory exterior and live production are different experiences. The proposal names the booked activity and provides a tasting alternative if the production space is unavailable.
Overnight: Fengqing.
Treat the road to Lushi as a substantial daytime stage, allowing comfort stops and changes for current conditions. On arrival, use public streets to understand the town’s tea-caravan context. Arrange lodging and its vehicle access in advance. A welcoming doorway does not grant permission to photograph inside a private courtyard.
Overnight: Lushi.

Enjoy a short morning walk while the town follows its normal routine, then return by road to Fengqing. This extra night avoids joining a long mountain drive directly to a flight. Do not promise a staged market, performance or private-house visit. If the road becomes unsuitable, keep the additional night in Fengqing and substitute local tea history.
Overnight: Fengqing.
Keep the final day light and depart from the agreed point. A Yunxian station or Lincang airport connection needs its own quoted transfer and sufficient time; it is not included simply because the route ends in Fengqing. If taking tea home, retain labels and check your destination’s rules for food or plant products.
Overnight: Departure.
