Overview

4-Day Lincang Coffee and Fengqing Black Tea Tour: Compare coffee in the Lincang city/Bangdong area with Dianhong black tea in Fengqing, using a one-way finish toward Yunxian instead of unnecessary backtracking.

For visitors interested in two drinks and their different processing methods. Expect a dedicated intercity road stage rather than treating the tea county as a city suburb.

Travel illustrations show the style of the journey, rather than actual customers or a guaranteed venue.

Route and overnight plan

2 Bangdong coffee visit and return Lincang
3 Travel to Fengqing and learn the Dianhong story Fengqing
4 Tea tasting and onward drop-off Departure

Make the experience fit your visit

Lincang is both a city and a large region. Fengqing, Bangdong/Xigui and Mengku need different road plans; do not treat them as neighboring city stops.

Decide before booking What to specify
Experience depth A cafe opening does not grant access to a tea garden, processing room or private home. Producer appointments and English interpretation are arranged separately in the written proposal.
Walking and comfort Tell us about stairs, uneven paths, motion sickness, child seats and luggage. Ask the host about toilets and the nearest vehicle access.
Food and caffeine State allergies, vegetarian or halal requirements and caffeine limits. A local restaurant or tea host does not automatically meet a requested dietary standard.
If conditions change A hosted tasting or town heritage walk replaces a wet hillside activity. The host decides whether a production or harvest visit can take place.

What the enquiry covers

This is a customizable private itinerary proposal. Named regions and suggested visits describe the route; the written quotation identifies the available hosts, accommodation and services for your dates. A driver, an English-speaking guide and a specialist producer are different roles. Ask which are included on each day. There is no fixed departure or guaranteed group size on this page.

Request a price breakdown for vehicle and driver, guiding or interpretation, rooms, meals, admission, tastings and workshops. Optional purchases are your choice. Travel insurance, flights, trains and transfers outside the agreed route must be addressed separately; no insurance cover is implied by an itinerary description.

Build your route with VeroTrip

Tell us your arrival and departure points, travel dates, party size, preferred drink or landscape focus, walking comfort and room needs. Send your dates and preferences. We can shape a written proposal around available hosts and transport. The quotation lists the services, dates, booking terms and alternatives you accept before payment.

Daily Itinerary

Settle into the city and confirm the coffee appointment and following road transfer. A short cafe introduction is optional around arrival. Tell the planner which interest comes first—farm context, flavor or production—so that the visit is not reduced to a photo stop. The proposal should also state the language and role of the person accompanying you.

Overnight: Lincang.

Spend the main part of the day with an available coffee host in the Bangdong/Xigui area. Separate the cafe order from any paid farm or processing activity. Take a lunch break and return to Lincang instead of adding the Fengqing drive after a full rural visit. Rain can move the program toward a sheltered tasting.

Travel by road to Fengqing and keep the afternoon for a short introduction to black tea. Anshi village, a tea-cultural venue or a specialist tea room can provide context when open and booked. An old factory site is not automatically a working production tour. Save any substantial garden walk for another day if the transfer runs late.

Overnight: Fengqing.

Request a morning Dianhong tasting or garden appointment before the agreed departure transfer toward Yunxian. Compare the finished tea and ask how the demonstrated stages relate to the leaf available that day. A departure requiring an early start will shorten or move the activity. The exact station and feasible ticket window are settled before you pay for onward travel.

Overnight: Departure.
