This slow Yunnan itinerary uses only three hotel bases and leaves room for later starts, rest and weather changes. Shangri-La is intentionally excluded to avoid adding rapid altitude gain and another hotel change. Walking, meals and vehicle access can be adjusted before confirmation.

Daily Itinerary
Private transfer and rest. No fixed sightseeing is required.
Green Lake, Yuantong Temple and a market or food stop, with a hotel break if needed.
Use park shuttles and select a manageable walking loop. Return to Kunming before a late evening.
Travel by train and check into a vehicle-accessible hotel. Take an optional old-town walk.
Visit Xizhou and a confirmed workshop, then choose one lakeside section. Avoid a full lake circuit.
Choose Cangshan foothills, a food experience or free time according to weather and energy.
Travel to Lijiang, transfer luggage directly to the hotel and walk in the old town later.
Use a private vehicle for Baisha, a cultural visit and a relaxed lunch. Mountain scenery is weather dependent.
Transfer to the airport or station with assistance for luggage.
