2-Day Pu’er Coffee Brewing and Roasting Tour
Overview
2-Day Pu’er Coffee Brewing and Roasting Tour: An appointment-led coffee break that prioritizes a guided tasting and an agreed practical session over collecting multiple estate viewpoints.
For curious home brewers with two local days. A commercial training certificate, professional equipment access or live production is not included by default.
Travel illustrations show the style of the journey, rather than actual customers or a guaranteed venue.
Route and overnight plan
| Day | Main plan | Overnight |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Compare beans before choosing a brewing method | Pu’er |
| 2 | Farm context or a hands-on brewing session | Departure |
Make the experience fit your visit
Choose the estate first, then book the outward and return transfer. A rural drop-off is not a return reservation, and changing to a later shuttle depends on its operator and capacity.
| Decide before booking | What to specify |
|---|---|
| Experience depth | Coffee drinking, guided tasting, a farm walk and a hands-on workshop are different bookings. Ask which one is quoted and in which language. |
| Walking and comfort | Tell us about stairs, uneven paths, motion sickness, child seats and luggage. Ask the host about toilets and the nearest vehicle access. |
| Food and caffeine | State allergies, vegetarian or halal requirements and caffeine limits. A local restaurant or tea host does not automatically meet a requested dietary standard. |
| If conditions change | Use an indoor tasting if farm paths become unsuitable. Outside the harvest, compare processed beans and brewing instead of expecting cherry picking. |
What the enquiry covers
This is a customizable private itinerary proposal. Named regions and suggested visits describe the route; the written quotation identifies the available hosts, accommodation and services for your dates. A driver, an English-speaking guide and a specialist producer are different roles. Ask which are included on each day. There is no fixed departure or guaranteed group size on this page.
Request a price breakdown for vehicle and driver, guiding or interpretation, rooms, meals, admission, tastings and workshops. Optional purchases are your choice. Travel insurance, flights, trains and transfers outside the agreed route must be addressed separately; no insurance cover is implied by an itinerary description.

Daily Itinerary
Start in Simao with a prearranged tasting in the agreed language. Discuss origin, processing and roast information on the beans actually available, and take notes without needing to finish every cup. If a practical roasting demonstration is available, the quotation specifies whether you observe or operate equipment under supervision. Keep the afternoon flexible for a cafe visit and a proper meal.
Overnight: Pu’er.

Use the second appointment for the experience that matters most: a short farm walk with a host or a supervised brewing session. Do not assume a cafe ticket includes both. Weather, leaf or cherry availability and the host’s working schedule determine the field component. Confirm the finish time and return vehicle before buying an onward train or flight.
Overnight: Departure.
