The proposed food programme is seven main meals plus the breakfasts confirmed with the hotels. Other meals and extra drinks are separate. A final meal-by-meal confirmation resolves the menu, restaurant and any allowance for the shared food evening. Six twin-share nights are planned; hotel names and private-room costs are confirmed before payment.
Anjihai and winter sightseeing
Anjihai is visited only through an officially open, managed area or approved viewpoint. Access arrangements are rechecked for your date; an unsafe or closed rim is not an alternative photo stop. Horse riding and hot-spring access are optional and require separate confirmation.
Self-drive and English support
Each vehicle needs a driver whose documents and experience meet the rental and mainland-China driving requirements. A convoy leader is included; English-speaking support must be confirmed in your quotation. The exact rental model, one-way return arrangements and fees are agreed in advance.
Departure from Yining
Plan onward travel from Yining rather than a same-day return to Urumqi. Your quote must state whether the final airport transfer is included or independently arranged, because this is a service that needs explicit confirmation.

Daily Itinerary
Arrive in Urumqi and complete the confirmed transfer and vehicle-handover arrangements. Settle into the hotel, check your winter clothing and discuss the route with the team. Keep the rest of the day light after the journey.
If time and opening arrangements allow, an independent visit to the Grand Bazaar or regional museum offers a first introduction to the city. A local dinner can be selected to suit your tastes; the organised regional food programme begins with the following day’s journey.

Start with a route and vehicle briefing, then travel west. Anjihai’s canyon landscape is considered only through an officially open, managed access point. If it is closed or conditions are unsuitable, the leader adjusts the stop while keeping the onward route practical.
Continue to Shawan for the planned big-plate chicken meal, traditionally served with broad noodles. Tell the team about dietary restrictions before menus are arranged. Reach Kuitun later in the day, check in and choose your own dinner.

Travel to Sayram Lake for the winter lakeshore scenery and a planned meal built around the region’s whitefish. Explore by the permitted scenic road and designated stops, adjusting the circuit to opening arrangements and weather rather than treating every viewpoint as compulsory.
Continue towards Yining. A Guozigou viewpoint may be included only where access and stopping are authorised; no roadside or cliff-edge photo position is promised. Arrive in the city for the arranged dinner and overnight stay.

Leave Yining for Nalati and spend the main part of the day among the winter meadow and spruce scenery available on the open route. The planned hotpot meal adds a warm pause between outdoor stops.
Hot-spring bathing is an optional choice, subject to operation, availability and the charge stated in your quote. Stay at the confirmed property in the Nalati area. An in-park location can be requested, but the exact hotel and access arrangement must be confirmed for the departure.

Continue to Kuerdening, with a planned hand-pulled noodle meal in town. Enter the scenic area by the arrangement permitted for the day and spend time among spruce woodland and snowy mountain scenery.
Mountain-road conditions determine the pace. Keep appropriate convoy spacing, remain on open roads and trails, and respect the forest’s fire restrictions. Horse riding is optional, subject to operator and weather conditions, and is not included by default. Return to town for the night.

Travel towards Swan Spring in Yining County for the winter wetland landscape. Swans, mist and frost depend on natural conditions, so observe from the designated visitor areas without disturbing or feeding wildlife.
The food plan includes a Xinjiang-style fried-rice-noodle lunch before the return to Yining. In the evening, enjoy the planned shared-food experience: the team confirms the allowance or restaurant format in advance, and travellers can compare local dishes. Extra purchases beyond the confirmed arrangement remain personal spending.
