Terracotta Warriors, Bell Tower & Muslim Quarter Day Tour
Overview
Give the Terracotta Warriors the main visiting block, then return to the Bell Tower area and Hui food lanes for a different side of Xi’an. This is a fuller day than a museum-only outing, but it avoids adding a second major suburban site. It works well when your party wants archaeology in the morning and a flexible food-and-city finish.

Your route at a glance
| Part | Plan | Overnight |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Xi’an → Terracotta Warriors → Bell Tower area → Muslim Quarter → hotel | No hotel night |
What makes this route work
Allow the return from Lintong to shape the afternoon. Around the Bell Tower, an exterior view and a short central walk may be enough; climbing the tower requires its own admission and time. In the Muslim Quarter, choose a seated meal or a few small tastings instead of trying to eat every famous dish.

Choose the pace and optional elements
The evening food element is optional and should follow your interests and dietary requirements. Travellers who want an entirely halal restaurant need that established independently, not inferred from the neighbourhood’s name. If the museum takes longer than expected, shorten the tower stop rather than rush its main halls.

Daily Itinerary
Xi’an → Terracotta Warriors → Bell Tower area → Muslim Quarter → hotel
Travel to the Terracotta Warriors for the reserved entry period and a focused visit to the excavation halls. Take a proper meal break before or after returning to the city. Continue to the Bell Tower area, deciding whether an exterior view or separate tower visit best fits the day. Walk towards the Drum Tower and the Hui lanes for a small food selection or a seated meal. Set a named meeting point before the lanes become busy. The day finishes at the agreed city drop-off, with onward airport or rail travel arranged separately.
Stay: No hotel night. Meals: as specified in the dated itinerary; a meal stop in this outline is not an automatic meal inclusion.
