13-Day Northeast China Tour from Shenyang to Harbin

Meet the confirmed arrival transfer and check in for two nights. A first drive through central Shenyang can introduce the city's broad avenues before a visit to the old market area. The amount of sightseeing depends on the actual arrival time.

A dumpling lunch and market-style dinner are possible, but meals should be promised only after arrival timing and menus are known. Travelers arriving late should go directly to the hotel.

Begin at a local morning market, then visit the Shenyang Imperial Palace at the reserved time. Continue through selected lanes and historic religious or commercial sites according to opening days. The guide should keep the story focused on the city's role before and after the Qing conquest of Beijing.

The evening can explore a neighborhood known for Korean ethnic food. Menus, spice level and any barbecue arrangement must be agreed in advance. Return to the same hotel rather than changing accommodation.

Drive to Panjin and continue to the confirmed wetland sector. Boardwalks reveal seasonal seepweed, tidal channels and bird habitat, while nearby rice landscapes add a different view of the Liao River delta. Color and wildlife vary with water, weather and the date.

A crab-related lunch or seasonal activity may be added only when the provider, welfare approach, hygiene and inclusion are confirmed. Stay overnight in Panjin.

Travel south to Dalian and begin with a selected section of the coastal road or waterfront. The day may include a beach viewpoint, fishing harbor, central square and historic streets, but the guide should reduce the list when traffic or walking time becomes excessive.

After checking in, visit Andong Old Street or another local food district and view the Yalu River Broken Bridge from the authorized public area. Stay the first of two nights in Dandong.

Travel through the Dandong region to the confirmed scenic sector, with a regional fish lunch if included. Continue to Hushan Great Wall for a guided historical visit. Steep or uneven sections should be adjusted to the group's ability.

The day is about landscape, local history and the river corridor. It must not promise close access to restricted areas or use residents across the border as a sightseeing subject. Return to Dandong for a second night.

Walk along the public riverfront and, when licensed services are running, join an authorized sightseeing boat that remains on its permitted domestic passenger route. Before booking, check the safety equipment, weather limits, photography rules and cancellation terms.

After lunch, drive inland to Meihekou. An evening market visit is possible when open and when arrival timing allows. Overnight there rather than continuing deeper into Jilin Province after dark.

Visit a confirmed Korean ethnic cultural program for an introduction to domestic life, food and craft. Kimchi or rice-cake making and costume photography are optional components that require consent, hygiene controls and transparent charges. They should not reduce a living culture to a photo prop.

Continue through forested country toward Erdaobaihe, with birch scenery along the way. Check in for two nights near the North Slope access area.

Enter the Changbai Mountain North Slope according to the current ticket and transport system. The day may include the waterfall, mineral hot-spring area and an uphill scenic vehicle toward the crater lake viewpoint. Wind, cloud or operating controls can close the summit route even when the lower park remains open.

The guide should set a realistic walking loop and warming or rest breaks for the season. If the upper route closes, follow the confirmed lower-elevation alternative. Return to the same hotel.

Drive toward Jilin City and use the afternoon for a selected riverfront route, an exterior view of a historic church and a public square. The dated itinerary should name the exact stops and state any current access conditions.

The day is primarily a transfer and should not be overloaded. Stay overnight in Jilin.

Continue north to Harbin and visit a Russian-inspired cultural estate or architectural park if contracted. The written trip proposal must identify the exact property, room category, meal plan and whether the estate visit and hotel are the same operation.

If accommodation is instead in central Harbin, the transfer sequence must be rewritten accordingly. Stay the first of two nights in the Harbin area.

Explore Sun Island or its seasonally appropriate public route, using any site shuttle only when included. Continue to Saint Sophia Square for an exterior architectural stop, then walk a manageable section of Central Street.

The day should explain Harbin's urban history without relying on romanticized labels or unsupported architectural claims. Local snacks and shopping remain optional. Return to the Harbin hotel.

Transfer to the confirmed airport or railway station according to the departure time. No sightseeing should be attached to an early flight.

The final instructions must name the terminal, pickup time, baggage allowance and emergency contact. International connections are not included unless stated in the quotation.
