Overview
Combine two proposed 18-hole golf days with Qingdao’s architecture, brewery heritage and waterfront. This five-day, four-night enquiry itinerary starts and ends in Qingdao, keeps all four hotel nights in the city and leaves a separate sightseeing day after the rounds. Qingdao International Golf Club and Qingdao Huashan Golf Club are the requested venues; the final club, tee times and golf services must be named in your accepted proposal.
YOUR JOURNEY
Route Map
Follow the itinerary in travel order.
Route schematic; not to scale or for navigation. See the Daily Itinerary for individual visits, optional activities and access conditions.
Who this route suits
Choose this route when two rounds are the reason for the trip and companions also want city sightseeing. It is a holiday outline for a private party, with the group size and arrangements agreed individually. Non-golfers can request their own city programme rather than being expected to wait at the course. It is not a golf lesson package or a promise that a named club accepts every requested date.
Route and overnight plan
5 days in China · 4 hotel nights · Start: Qingdao · Finish: Qingdao.
| Day | Route and focus | Overnight |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Arrive in Qingdao | Qingdao |
| 2 | First round and Badaguan | Qingdao |
| 3 | Second round and old-town lanes | Qingdao |
| 4 | Markets, brewing history and the coast | Qingdao |
| 5 | Depart Qingdao | Departure; no hotel night |
Comfort, meals and practical choices
Bring your handicap information if held, player numbers, preferred tee-time window and a list of equipment you will bring or rent. Ask each proposed club about the actual visitor booking procedure and any handicap, dress or weather rules. Course access, caddie language and rental specifications are individual booking conditions. Golf is outdoors: strong wind, rain or club decisions may change play, so agree the rescheduling and cancellation terms before paying. Four hotel nights do not establish five hotel breakfasts. Ask for the actual meal count and room plan in the proposal. The feature image is an illustration of a generic golf setting, not either named course, real clients or a hosted group.
Price and the services to put in writing
Price on request. Send your dates, number of adults and children, visitor nationalities, arrival and departure details, preferred room arrangement and the amount of luggage. Tell Vero Trip about walking limits, wheelchair or stroller needs, dietary requirements and the language of explanation you need. We can use these details to discuss a suitable route and request a dated written proposal.
| Ask the proposal to identify | What to check |
|---|---|
| Hotels and meals | Actual properties, room types, hotel nights, breakfast count, named prepaid meals and meals payable separately. |
| Transport and guiding | Vehicle and luggage capacity, driver and guide arrangements, guide language, daily scope and any separate arrival/departure transfers. |
| Attractions and activities | Named admission tickets, interior visits, boats, performances, golf or workshop fees; optional items and operating restrictions. |
| Booking conditions | The receiving provider, passport/admission requirements, insurance scope, tips, payment schedule and cancellation terms for the actual services. |
Flights, trains, visas, personal travel insurance, shopping, alcoholic drinks and optional activities are separate unless the accepted proposal explicitly includes them. A suggested hotel style, stop or photograph does not establish a room, ticket or service reservation. Agency liability insurance, where offered, is different from personal travel insurance. Accept an itinerary change only after agreeing its effect on the route, nights, costs and booking conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Are both rounds included in the displayed price?
Price is on request. The written quotation must identify both clubs and tee times and itemise green fees, carts, caddies, rental, tips and transfers; the route description alone does not include them.
Can we add Laoshan?
Request a separate mountain day or extend the holiday. Replacing a coastal stop with a full mountain excursion changes the timing and admission arrangements.
Can non-golfers join?
Yes, you can request a parallel sightseeing plan, but its vehicle, guide and meeting arrangements need their own written scope.

Plan your Qingdao visit
Use these practical guides alongside the day-by-day itinerary to choose your city stay, meals and sightseeing pace.

Daily Itinerary
Arrange arrival at Qingdao airport or the agreed railway station and continue to the selected city hotel. Keep the first day free of essential sightseeing so a late arrival does not remove a paid round. Check golf-bag handling and vehicle capacity before travel. A seaside room or a particular hotel is an option to request, rather than a feature guaranteed by this itinerary.
Overnight: Qingdao.
Request an 18-hole round at Qingdao International Golf Club. Leave the actual start time, warm-up and club check-in requirements to the confirmed booking. After golf, return towards the city for a selected Badaguan walk and, if open and separately arranged, the Princess Building. A seafood-market dinner can be requested, with the purchase, cooking charge and restaurant bill agreed before ordering. Shorten the walk if the round finishes late.
Overnight: Qingdao.
Request an 18-hole round at Qingdao Huashan Golf Club. Confirm whether carts, caddies, hire equipment and changing facilities are part of the individual booking. Afterwards, choose a short Dabaodao and Yinyu Lane walk rather than a second full sightseeing circuit. Return to the Qingdao hotel. Anyone skipping golf should have a separately agreed meeting point and activity plan.
Overnight: Qingdao.
Begin with Haibohe morning market if its trading hours fit the day. Visit Tsingtao Beer Museum on Dengzhou Road for brewing history; drinking is optional and children and non-drinkers can focus on the displays. Continue with a selected waterfront walk around Xiaomaidao or Haizhilian Park. A sailing-centre cruise or MixC shopping stop can replace part of the walk by agreement. A Laoshan mountain ascent is not scheduled in this city day.
Overnight: Qingdao.
Leave enough time for hotel checkout, golf-bag loading and the actual departure terminal or railway station. No third round is scheduled. If you want a morning activity, first confirm the onward journey and the time required for the complete transfer; an early flight may require a direct departure. International flights are arranged separately unless explicitly listed in the written quotation.
Overnight: Departure; no hotel night.
