Overview
Connect Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong by rail before returning to the Chengdu area for pandas, Dujiangyan and Mount Siguniang’s Shuangqiao Valley. This four-day small-group itinerary changes hotels each night and combines substantial sightseeing with transfers. It includes driver accompaniment, a local Dujiangyan interpretation service and the listed Jiuzhaigou photography experience; continuous English guiding is a separate request.

Travel Arrangements
Arrive in Chengdu before Day 1 and allow ample time at Chengdu East. Day 2 combines a park visit and rail return, so keep that evening free. Day 4 finishes in the city at a group drop-off point, not at an airport or an individually chosen hotel.
Accommodation and Meals
Hotel rooms normally accommodate two adults. Choose the accommodation option before booking; a single supplement applies for sole use or when a suitable room share cannot be arranged. The final hotel list and room arrangement are set out in your quotation. Accommodation categories are not a promise of a particular official star rating. Meals follow the daily plan and the included-service list below.
Guiding and Language
The driver handles transport coordination and basic assistance, rather than continuous professional sightseeing guiding. Any local leader or interpretation session specifically included below has its own service scope. English-language service is not included by default. Request it in advance for a separate availability check and quotation; a separately arranged group may be required.
Walking and Altitude
Jiuzhaigou, Dujiangyan and the panda base involve walking, while Huanglong and Shuangqiao add higher-elevation paths and steps. This is an active, tightly scheduled sightseeing route rather than a low-effort break.
Discuss the altitude and walking with a qualified healthcare professional before booking. Do not continue higher when altitude-illness symptoms occur; tell the driver and seek appropriate assistance. Portable oxygen supplies or hotel oxygen facilities do not replace preparation or medical care.
Experiences, Access and Conditions
The photographer is not a full-time sightseeing guide. Extra image editing is payable locally. The face-changing performance has no guaranteed evening until the departure plan is confirmed, and the promotional cancellation conditions apply.
Scenic-area admission, compulsory shuttles and optional local transport are additional unless expressly included. Reserve applicable timed-entry tickets for the agreed dates using the appropriate passport details. Opening, road controls, weather and operator schedules may change the sequence or require an agreed alternative. Confirm the dated inclusions, participant eligibility and cancellation terms before payment.

Daily Itinerary
Travel independently to Chengdu East for the booked morning train. Meet the driver at the assigned northern Sichuan station and continue to Huanglong. Allow roughly three to four hours for the available terraces and trails, choosing a suitable walking route and any separately paid cableway or shuttle. The elevation makes this more demanding than a lowland stroll. Continue to the Jiuzhaigou entrance area for the first hotel night; the actual rail service determines the daily timing.

Transfer to Jiuzhaigou and explore the open lake and waterfall areas using shared park shuttles and selected boardwalks. Coordinate the included costume-photography stop with the local photographer, normally around the Shuzheng area. The package includes six edited photographs and the session’s original images; extra editing is additional. Leave the park in time for the agreed station transfer and return train to Chengdu, then continue to the booked hotel. Expect a long day and a potentially late arrival.

Visit the Chengdu panda base in the morning, following the paths and viewing areas available that day. After a self-funded lunch, continue to Dujiangyan. A local interpreter introduces the historic waterworks for approximately one and a half to two hours, with a headset included. This service does not automatically mean English interpretation. Later, explore the Guanxian old-town and Nanqiao area before the Dujiangyan hotel night. Evening river colours and lighting depend on local conditions.

Leave early for Mount Siguniang, with a brief Maobiliang viewpoint stop if visibility and road access allow. Spend roughly three to four hours in Shuangqiao Valley, combining park shuttles with boardwalk sections among forests, mountain scenery and streams. Return by road to Chengdu after the visit. The group finishes at Shuhan Road East metro station, normally in the evening. Mountain traffic and holiday congestion can delay arrival, so book onward travel for the following day.

Return rail and local transport
Return rail tickets between Chengdu and the assigned Huanglongjiuzhai, Songpan or Huangshengguan station, plus the local road transport described. Fuel, tolls, parking and driver service are included. Station and train choices depend on the tickets secured; adjacent seats and one carriage are not guaranteed.
Hotels and breakfast
Three hotel nights: one near Jiuzhaigou, one in Chengdu and one in Dujiangyan, normally in shared twin rooms. Three hotel breakfasts are included. The hotel option and single-room supplement are confirmed in the quotation.
Dujiangyan interpretation
A local interpretation session lasting about 1.5–2 hours, with a headset. Guiding language must be confirmed before booking; English interpretation and full-time professional guiding are not default inclusions.
Photography and complimentary performance
The Jiuzhaigou photo experience includes basic costume styling, six edited images and the session’s originals. A complimentary Sichuan face-changing performance is listed, with the actual evening and availability confirmed for the departure. These promotional experiences can be unavailable because of weather or operation, with no refund if unused or cancelled under the stated promotion.
